PATCHED
PATCHED is here to offer support to the families, friends and carers of drug- and alcohol-misusers.
With so much emphasis on treatment and interventions for the user, the families friends and carers can often get left out. But we believe all are inter-linked. The behaviour of any one user changes the lives of those around them, leaving a whole circle of others confused, bewildered, isolated and frightened.
PATCHED offers a range of services to help you keep on with your own lives rather than stay immersed in the chaos around you. Your own strength and independence offers the best prospect of initiating and providing a supportive environment for all involved.
We are based in Brighton and are linked with the West Sussex ‘Families and Friends’ project. We are working to expand into other areas of the County. Please use the links in the menu to find out more about our services.
For any advice and information, or for someone to listen while you talk about it all for the first time, call our Free-phone Helpline on 0800 085 4450.
